Why Mr. Igga isn’t the one leading the delegates to the UNGA?

What’d happened to the humble, charismatic, a peacemaker, a comedian, and the vice president of the republic of South Sudan: James Wani Igga? I haven’t seen giving speech lately, or haven’t heard from him since the J1 incident in July 8-11, 2016, in which three of them: President Kiir, vice president Wani Igga and the former FVP and SPLM-IO leader, Riek Machar were trapped inside the palace while fighting raged outside. Where’s he?

Nowadays, it’s all about this opportunist, a gluttonous and an uppity man:Taban Deng Gai, who always purposely pushes for a rebellion when he’s not at the helm of power. His power greed is something no one will ever deny because we’ve witnessed it umpteenth. And that is, when he was stripped off of his managerial position in Itang refugees’ camp, he rebelled with Dr. Riek; when he was stripped off of the position of governor of former unity state, he came to Juba, and pushed Dr. Riek to rebel; when he wasn’t appointed as a minister of petroleum, he rebelled against his own boss Dr. Riek; collaborated with SPLM-IG, and had become the FVP, a position he’s now admired more than anything else; walking red carpet in countries he toured recently, and is now probably eying President Kiir’s position since it’s closer to him than a nose and a mouth. Kiir Mayardit must be vigilant of this camouflage man!

As of now, the man is being idolized; doggedly followed like a he-goat by she- goats. The SPLM-IG leaders I’d respect for, had now become submissive to him though they’re high ranking members of SPLM political bureau than him as if he’s a ‘messiah’ who would deliver South Sudan from this mess while he was, in fact, the part and parcel of Dr. Riek rebellion. To the myopic leaders, how’s Taban different from Dr. Riek? Who haven’t seen him for the last 11 years he’s been in Unity state as a governor? What did he do to make former unity state a better state?

As of now, everyone in South Sudan and abroad is, TDG is the man of peace, yet they haven’t seen what’s in his mind…! But the magnanimous and noble man, whom we should pay much respect to because of his humble heart in which he always brings peace among the adversary leaders: Dr. John Garang and Dr. Riek, in which he humbly steps aside, to make ways for Dr. Riek in which he becomes the third man after his returns to SPLM/A in 2002; Kiir Mayardit and Dr. Riek Machar in which Dr. Riek position was compromised by IGAD for peace to happen, has now disappeared in the public eyes. Had we become a nation that deify criminals over the Icon?

And as a matter of fact, the vice president, James Wani Igga is a human being that has country in his heart since he took up arms against the Arabs in Khartoum and had never looked back. We’ve seen it numerous times that position hasn’t been the issue for him. All he wants is a peaceful South Sudan, in which everyone would live and prosper equally regardless of the tribe one hails. And that’s why he steps aside when voracious leaders negotiated their ways up. Shouldn’t he be our epitome and feel proud to represent us at UNGA?

So, why wasn’t he–Mr. Igga the one to lead the delegations or be part of delegations if president Kiir Mayardit wasn’t comfortable attending the UN general assemble in New York? Why TDG and the rest of the junior ministers dispatched to New York, and left the vice president behind? Why gives this menace man so much power, to represent both SPLM-IG & SPLM-IO? Isn’t what Kiir did before when he delegates all the works to his deputy, Dr. Riek in which he tasted sweetness of the power and started to chide him as a failed leader, and should be the one to take the front seat? Isn’t this government repeating the same mistakes she did in the past? The government officials in South Sudan had become a bunch of patsies, victimized by their own enemies, yet the idolized and rewarded them with lucrative positions. This government must know that acimiɔ̈l ace tääu të thiäk ke tɔɔŋ, ë ka lɔ̈m tɔɔŋ ku gut kɔc. Cië cï Bharkadhɛɛl cuɔk tom bël ka wät ka wää!!

Juba government must watch out the person she upbringings at the desperation of peace! Don’t get me wrong, yes, peace is needed the most but, I doubt TDG will convince SPLA-IO warlord in the bushes to lay down their weapons and join the Juba government! So, I’m a doubting Thomas when the government thinks they’ll achieve peace with Taban Deng Gai as the first vice President of the republic of South Sudan!

Africa misunderstood “Democracy”

~ Biar D’Chol Biar ~

When the western democracy is misunderstood, it led to bloodbaths, and destruction of properties. And no matter how much the continent of Africa copied & pasted democracy laws into their constitutions, it’ll not work; it’ll not work, because of our tribal lanes; it’ll not work, because those in helm of power will try to abuse the system, and use it to rob the countries with its resources. It’s sad scenario, but nothing will change it very easily!

What makes western democracy looks perfect and nearly immaculate, is because there are no tribes the politicians resort to when they’re in dare need of leadership. And in this case, one has to work his/her butts to grab the attention of the voters. The politicians had to work hard for their own survival, destroying their opponents with words, but not using his own men.

But, in Africa, the blood will continue to flow; innocent lives will continue to be lost as long those who sing a slogan of “democracy ” are still looking for ways to climb into power. They’ll resort to their illiterate tribesmen for support; lying and concocting stories to convince their tribesmen against other tribe. And it’s been working well for them.

And in the case of South Sudanese, it’ll continue to get worse since those who’re in power will claim that they’ve democracy in place. And those who want to make there way into “power” will use whatever means possible, either through killing innocent people or other means presented to them by those who’ve been policing the world.

And no matter how much we yell on social media, defending our tribesmen, things will continue to spiral into the abysmal. The only way to defeat they power greed men is, to stop supporting them, and take nation as our own tribe. Otherwise, we’ll have no future, no nation. We’ll be homeless for life. Leaders come and go, but nation remains as it is. So, let’s stop this maddening of supporting our own tribesmen when all they’d been doing is killing of our civilians at any cost.

Why demanding Dr. Riek Machar to talk live on media; What for?

~ Biar D’Chol Biar ~

South Sudanese on social media got some serious problems, especially the Dinka! The man’d probably quit South Sudan politics; exiled himself in neighboring, Sudan, and doesn’t want to disturb civilians with his rebellion anymore, but social media folks seemed to be losing their minds, and had gone amok of his taciturnity! They’d been saying that, “We want to hear or see Dr. Riek lives on TV.” I’m talking of those who keep asking, “Where’s Dr. Riek; why isn’t he talking if he’s alive; that he should be talking in the media for us to know if he’s alive or dead.” Really? What for? Don’t y’all know that his talking in media, mobilizing WA always results in deaths & displacement of civilians from their homes!

Well, you’ve all heard that he’s alive; getting his treatment in Khartoum, Sudan after he subsisted the hunting on ground and in air by SPLA army in the equatoria’s thick-tall grassed jungle; had seen his rescued pictures by UN in DRC, circulating on social media. Besides, the lunatic, his adversary & our undiplomatic ambassador: Gordon Buay had admitted that he’s alive and in Khartoum, Sudan. So, why still in doubt?

What’s wrong with you, demanding him to do lives press conference? Will his lives press release brings the dead back, or rewinds the clock back to peaceful years 2005-2012? If not, then what’s the reason to be looking forward to his press release? He’s probably recuperating first, then to Fagak for consultation of what to do with their hijacked SPLM-IO by Taban & his cliques.

Whether the man’s dead or alive, leave him alone! Wouldn’t you be blithesome if he, in fact, had quit South Sudan politics and lives peacefully at his asylum home? But quite frankly, a sane human would do his/her math of what’ll come out of his mouth after he survived the exhaustive walks on foot in Equatoria’s jungle for month and half! , However, if people are so eager of his death, then know that his death wouldn’t bring the lasting peace in South Sudan. I’m very sure y’all see Chollo community videos in the military training camps circulating in the media lately, and where will they be heading to afterward? To me, this should’ve been the concerned for us right now, because the country’s disintegrating badly.

We all know that President Kiir with the collaboration of a few SPLM-IO in Juba had replaced him with Taban Deng, and the duo seemed to be working together; implementing the peace as SPLM-IG claimed. The goverment is happy and comfortable working with Taban Deng more than Dr. Riek Machar. And I thought everyone is happy based on what I’ve read online; praising Taban Deng, a man who purloins 2% of Bentiu oil and stored the money in his bank account offshore when he’s was a governor, as the ‘man for people.’ A case that doesn’t fly with me, because he’d rebelled twice with Dr. Riek, and now claims to be a ‘peace maker!’ Give me a break! But anyway, I respect people choice.

So, why it bothers people so much to know of whereabouts Dr. Riek as long as he’s not staging the war to the innocents people? However, when he stages a war against the government, everyone cried, “calling him, a devil, a killer, and terrorist of South Sudan.” So, why ask for him again when, in fact, he’s disappeared from the public eyes? As long as he isn’t interested in South Sudan politics anymore, then people shouldn’t be concerned of why he’s not doing lives press conference; of where he is!

Asking time and time again of where’s Dr. Riek; why isn’t he talking, shows people schadenfreude of the war he staged against the grossly regime in Juba that resulted in killings and displacement of innocents people, who’ve nothing to do with government. But, people pretend to be government supporters, yet, they love his rebellion to the moon! And that’s why they’re concerned of his whereabouts!
